The CIOB Leadership Team and Officers have been closely monitoring the situation globally with regards to the COVID-19 (coronavirus). The Australian Government has stated that all people (citizens or visitors) to Australia will be required to self-isolate for 14 days on arrival. There is no end date to the declaration. The decision has therefore been made by the Leadership Team and Officers to postpone Members’ Forum in Sydney to 2021. The safety and wellbeing of both our members and staff have to take priority, and I am sure you will all agree this is the best decision for all involved.

We are now working through the cancellation/postponement aspects of Members’ Forum and will be speaking to individual attendees as required. Please do bear with us as we work through these matters and current situation.

We are hoping that we will still hold aspects of the Members’ Forum event virtually, but we will need some time to plan for this, and again will update when we know more.
