Welcome Reception
Our Local Hub Committees, Martin Sloan, Chair of the Edinburgh Hub, and Anne Okafor, Chair of the Edinburgh Novus Group, will be hosting an informal reception for all delegates to welcome you to Edinburgh with the support of CIOB Development Manager for Scotland, Lynne McKay. We have the privilege to visit a landmark development Edinburgh St James which is providing a once-in-a-generation opportunity to create a place where shoppers, residents and visitors can indulge and relax. We will hear about the project from Nuveen at the Hilton hotel before undertaking a site visit, led by Laing O’Rouke.
